Insurance

Dr. Dario does not participate in any dental benefit plan or PPO. However, our experienced staff is pleased to complete and submit any and all forms, including pre-estimates, to ensure you will receive all the reimbursement that you are entitled to under the specific benefits of your plan. No two plans are alike and frequently dental benefits change from year to year. Please be advised that regardless if the clinician is participating, the dollar maximum that most plans will pay in a calendar year will frequently cover only a portion of the total cost of extensive treatment, thus requiring a co-payment by the patient. If you are unsure about the specifics of your plan, please contact your insurance company or health benefits manager. We are always available to advocate on your behalf.
